Practice Background
Dr. Ortiz has been practicing in NE Portland since May of 1980. He is a general practitioner whose expertise and passion is in crown and bridge and implant dentistry. With excellence and professionalism, he takes pride in providing the best possible care for his patients. Happy to give back to the community that has done so much for him, he is also an educator at the OHSU School of Dentistry.

- Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday - Closed
Note: We are closed for lunch everyday between the hours of 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Please be prepared to provide this information to our office along with your current medical insurance information.
